Yes. Monthly packages are tailored to your company's size and needs: by agreement I look after computer and server maintenance, updates, backups and support by phone or on site. I put the package together around what you actually use — no hidden costs.
How quickly do you respond to IT issues?
I usually respond to inquiries the same working day. For urgent issues, call me on +386 40 328 123 — many problems I can fix remotely, otherwise we'll arrange the earliest possible visit.
Do you also install Wi-Fi in larger spaces?
Yes. For offices, warehouses and larger buildings I plan Wi-Fi coverage with multiple access points — before installation I survey the building and prepare a placement plan so the signal is even across all rooms.
